Rechelle is the owner and founder of Auri Academy and Auri Aesthetics with over 14 years of experience in aesthetic practice and 10 years of training experience. She is one of the most requested national trainers for Galderma and has trained for various aesthetic manufacturers in the past.
She is a podium speaker and is dynamic and engaging both in intimate training settings and large conferences and has trained thousands of aesthetic providers. Rechelle has a unique ability to meet providers where they are, understanding their individual needs, personality, and goals. This allows her to create trainings that are impactful and transformative, helping each provider build confidence and refine their techniques regardless of their starting point. Honest, open, and highly clinical, each training experience is customized to help the trainee excel.
Brooke Allen is a family nurse practitioner with 11 years of experience, with the last 5 years dedicated exclusively to aesthetics. Before entering the aesthetic field, I spent 8 years as an ER/trauma nurse, which built the strong clinical foundation and patient-centered approach I bring to every training and treatment. For the past 3 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping train new injectors through Auri Academy, where I’ve developed a deep passion for education, mentorship, and supporting injectors as they grow in confidence and skill.
I love being part of the initial journey for those entering the aesthetic industry and helping elevate both new and experienced providers. I believe each provider has the ability to succeed in the aesthetic industry, and I love the opportunity to be a part of their journey.
Hi, I’m Mindi! I’ve been a nurse for 19 years, with the last 4 years focused on aesthetics. I’m passionate about helping clients feel confident while creating natural, beautiful results in a safe and comfortable environment. Building genuine connections with my clients is one of my favorite parts of what I do, and I’m always committed to continuing my education and growing my knowledge within the aesthetics industry. I bring this same passion to the training room, whether working with new injectors entering the field of aesthetics or seasoned professionals who want to refine their skills.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mom of five who loves spending time with family — whether that’s at the beach, in the mountains, or enjoying a quiet night at home.
With 20 years of nursing experience and 3 years specializing in medical aesthetics, Cindy brings a strong clinical background, advanced injection skills, and a passion for education to Auri Academy. As a Nurse Injector at Auri Aesthetics, she is known for her natural-looking results, attention to detail, and safety-focused approach to patient care.
Cindy is passionate about mentoring both new and experienced injectors through anatomy-driven education and practical, hands-on clinical experience. She believes exceptional injectors are developed through ongoing education, strong fundamentals, and a safety-first approach.
Through Auri Academy, Cindy is excited to help guide the next generation of aesthetic providers while continuing to grow and evolve within the industry herself.
Cecily has over 20 years of experience in which she has developed proficiency in both skin assessment and patient consultation. Her ability to connect with her patients, build loyalty and trust, assess accurately, and recommend the best treatment options is unmatched. She trains openly giving her knowledge, skill, expertise, and mentorship to all those who train with her.
