Auri Academy delivers safety-first injector education inside a functioning med spa, allowing providers to train on real cases within authentic clinical workflows. This environment ensures that learning is grounded in real-world application rather than simulation.
The Academy’s assessment-first philosophy emphasizes evaluation before intervention. Training is customized to the provider’s needs, avoiding one-size-fits-all instruction and focusing instead on measurable improvement and clinical confidence.
Beyond the session itself, Auri Academy supports continued growth through mentorship and industry networks. Private Hands-On Training represents a focused advancement point within the Esthetician Pathway, reinforcing Auri Academy’s commitment to producing capable providers and stronger practices through a career-long educational framework.
Breaking into aesthetic medicine requires more than technique exposure. It requires structured education, live patient experience, mentorship, and a clear progression.
Whether you are entering the field or advancing your current skill set, Auri Academy provides a pathway built around real practice, real standards, and real growth.
Rechelle Trejo, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, practicing aesthetic provider, and national trainer. As the founder of Auri Aesthetics, she has built a high-performing clinical practice centered on thoughtful assessment, evidence-based treatments, and natural outcomes.
At Auri Academy, Rechelle brings that same real-world standard into the training environment. Students learn not only injection technique, but how to assess patients, think critically, and make sound treatment decisions inside a real aesthetic practice.
Our goal is not just to teach procedures. It is to help providers develop the clinical judgment, confidence, and readiness required to succeed in aesthetic medicine.
